C	Courtney Ennis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at Alpine! It started off as an extremely stressful experience with my dog so sick she wouldn't eat and couldn't stop throwing up. I couldn't afford the prices at the C.A.R.E. centre so they transfered me to alpine and Nova was in right away when I was transfered. They are so reasonably priced, for 2 nights of hospitalization I only paid $1800, when just one night at the care center was $3000. Dr. Dan was so so helpful and kept me informed the whole time she was there. Thank you for taking care of my little piggie!!!!

Everyone was super nice to me and answered all my questions very patiently. We went in again a few days later to be re-checked and both visits were very nice and reasonably priced. Very happy over all with the experience
C	Chloe Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My German Shepherd 1 year old dog just got spayed and I noticed the incision getting very infected. I called the clinic panicked and the administrative staff were very calming and told me I could bring her in immediately (this is not my regular vet). I took her in and she was taken care of as soon as I got there with a great deal of kindness. I could hear them in the other room giving her all the love she deserved. The vet is not my pups favourite place and she experiences a great deal of anxiety and stress and this is the first place I saw her remotely comfortable. Other vets have judged me for her behaviour because she was anxious but this one had no issues and even told me I'm doing a good job, which is always a relief to hear when you are used to judgement from others. Thank you for your prompt and wonderful service and for providing comfort to me and my pup (:

I had my cat got fixed there, they cut his nails without telling me and after his surgery asked me to take him as quickly as possible even though I told them that I am working and they assured me that it is fine and I can drop him there and take him at 5pm. But they call me around 2 and wanted me take him as he is getting very nervous. When I took him, I saw they cut his nails so short that it has been beeliding. I really regret taking my cat there.
C	Chrissy Bigras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought in my cat to have him taken care of and when I arrived at the location I was immediately told I had to wear a mask. I explained that I have a medical exemption and was more than happy to show it to the staff at the location but was refused. They stated that it was COMPANY POLICY and to protect the children of staff that worked there. I accepted this well and stayed away from the location while they took care of him as I was finally given that option once i asked her to call the closest vet for me and make sure I was allowed service with an exemption. However what really upset me is that while I was waiting outside another receptionist inside was walking around without a mask. It is highly UNPROFESSIONAL and HYPOCRITICAL to demand that someone wear a mask or leave the building even when they have medical exemption due to a disability yet you will allow your staff to break the rules you supposedly hold so dear.
S	Sum Pye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean modern facility. Staff are excellent, very professional, warm, and cordial. Dr. Pinel and his team took great care of my best friend for his double lump removal. He called and answered every question I had, offered solutions, and created reasonable expectations. This place provided peace of mind to my canine companion and myself during a very uncertain and scary time. They have a decent retail as well, offering special foods, care items, and other things you find at a vet office. The location is easy to find and parking is close and accessible.

I took my dog Maggie here to get a C-section and both her and her puppy were treated amazing. The staff is so kind and friendly, the vets are knowledgeable and not money hungry unlike some other places I have been. Would recommend this vet to anyone!

Katz is an amazing man he's caring and he loves to work with reproductive stuff with animals he did an amazing C-section today for us all the babies are good mama is good it's convenient it's clean the staff is wonderful and I will continue to send people there. I'm a French Bulldog breeder and we are always looking for good care for our dogs and our babies can't recommend this place more and they are a 24-hour emergency hospital.
