If there would have been a 0 review I would have definitely selected the same or may be -5. I am deeply dissatisfied and disappointed from their services. As they mention and advertise on the radio 24/7 that *If you own your home, you are approved* This is totally false and misleading statement from them. First of all they asked me for appraisal for my property and then forwarded me details for an appraisal agent who not only made incorrect appraisal but also didn't have the professionalism and courtesy enough to respond back to my valid emails with regards to the comparison between my property and others in the vicinity was totally wrong as it wasn't an Apples to apples comparison as mt my property was having higher sq.footage as well as better specs and more parking stalls, where as the ones that were on the conparison sheet were far lower than my property. Hence the assessment that the agent made was 50 thousand less than the current market value of my unit. Also the apline management despite of my precisely telling them in email to not do a credit check on me unless I finalize the evaluation with them, they did a check. I spent so much dollars for appraisal and now I am not even going with the loan as there assesment and approved amount for loan is much less than what I expected. These guys give you false hopes and check all the details despite when they say on Radio that so you own your home then you are approved. I will never ever contact Alpine credits and would definitely say anyone to not go to them unless someone wants to be ripped off. I will definitely share my appraisal details here and leave the judgement to the readers.

I have been dealing with Alpine Credits for 12 years now and have received nothing but the highest customer service over the years. I find the staff friendly and professional and they have met all my expectations. Dealing with the banks is a frustrating and cumbersome process so anyone looking for home equity loan definitely needs to call Alpine first.

They are hard to talk to, tried to make me feel belittled and not actually say anything. Keep talking in circles without making sense. Their ads say if you own your home you're approved. This is not true. I have a good amount of equity in my home and got declined, without an explanation. Seemed to get angry on the phone when I was trying to ask questions about why I was getting declined. The numbers they were explaining made no sense what-so-ever. Good luck with them in the future.

Just 2 words: 1. Liars 2. Unprofessional Just stay away. False Ad on Radio "If you own your home, you are approved.". False Ad on website. ... just an easy hack to get more calls through Radio ad and website.

Would give them 0. Don't know how to service clients.They couldn't give me my balance and transferred my call at least 6-7 times before referring me to the law firm. After confirming details with the law firm i haven't received my mortgage payout balance.

Although the cost of borrowing from a firm of this kind is not inexpensive, I found that Jason Parker and Erica Halldorson were very professional and helpful. They always replied promptly to any of my enquiries and followed through on any promises. I found dealing with them a very pleasant experience.

Bev worked great on my behalf. Only found the snag was in timing, getting sick was not a good thing but it happens. My insurance company had some issues and had to call three times to correct. Patience is something that should be taught because it usually was not me but relying on another organization was a problem. Thank you for your help.
