He really helped me out with my body issues a few years ago and I really do enjoy his treatment style; however, over the last couple of years the wait time to get into your appointment has increased to an average of 45 minutes each time. This is not new because of the pandemic, its been this long of a wait for a few years now. I like Dr Sawa but I don't have the time to show up on time for my appointment and then wait a full 45 minutes before I even get to see him, each time. I mentioned that they might look at re-arranging how they book their appointments as this is not respecting everyone's time, and the reaction was not taken well. Perhaps it is not their choice to run appointments the way they do, but sadly the wait time is not worth it for myself anymore. Based on Dr Sawa's reaction, of choosing not to treat me (after waiting the usual 45 minutes), I don't think they are looking to make changes anytime soon, or perhaps this is out of their control.

Dr. Sawa is able to treat many different issues that I may be experiencing. He also offers his expertise in how to fix the nagging problem through either special stretching or exercises. His approach is pain relief but also long term solutions to health issues. Highly recommend Dr. Sawa and his entire team.!
P	Philip Mai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I see Dr. Chan at this clinic, it felt like I was being diagnosed by Sherlock Holmes from the BBC series. It was very refreshing to see someone who knew what my problem was and confirmed it with testing before they worked on a fix rather than other Chiropractors I've been to that just adjust randomly and book you for follow-ups without even asking about your recovery process. He is even thorough enough to teach you exercises to help promote continued recovery even though it means you won't need another appointment if you stick to his prescribed home routine. The only downside is that you'd need to bring a notepad if you skipped your morning coffee- he talks very fast.

Dr Chan is incredibly knowledgeable, totally frank, very thorough and personable. He was the first doctor to actually show me my X-rays and explain what was happening. I am 64 and have numerous joint and health issues. One session with Dr. Chan and faithfully completing the simple exercises he gave me, one week later I was feeling 200% better. By the second week, I had no pain in the area. So Dr Chan started helping with a different area of concern. I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Chan. He has helped me immensely. Most important to me, he didn’t promise me the moon, and for that he has my trust. You can’t go wrong paying him a visit.
