Joined the AlphaShine subscription. Very clear there is either no or minimal management which leads to confusion and lack of quality of service. Made an appointment today and dropped my car off at the Yorkville location. There were only 2 employees there who didn't have a clue what was going on, was not there responsibility either. Company lacks direction and professionalism, especially for the cost. Heading back to my old guy, KA Car Care. Much better value, quality service.

Scheduled a full detail and paint correction (stone chip repairs on hood) for Mar 22, dropped off the car at 9am and it was ready by 1pm. Steven, Mahdi, and Rayan were great to work with, super friendly, and go above and beyond in their customer service. Really happy with the results. They were able to remove years of salt build-up and got a lot of dust out of the interior. The floormats look brand new and the exterior paint is now buttery smooth. Will definitely come back!

Ok, this is going to be a bit more detailed review - similar to the detailing service I received :) I got my Audi back from a long and toxic relationship and wanted to clean the car and make a fresh start. While I was browsing for car detailing services, I came across Alpha. At first, I was like, this place looks too deep for my wallet (all them premium cars parked at the front)... but then I said, "let me go check them out and get a sense of their pricing & services." After a great sales pitch, I decided to go ahead and book an appointment for detailing. I went back to pick up the car but found out that the car was not as clean as it should be. I spoke with the guys at the front of the office, and they immediately came out to inspect the car. With zero hesitation, they wanted to correct the situation by offering a second-round free of charge. Now, that's what I call good customer service. I don't know about you, but I rarely give an organization with high standards a second chance. Long story short, I decided to bring the car for a second-round detailing. I came back after 6 hours, and the car was cleaned as f ***; like it was coming from the dealership. I was very pleasantly surprised. After this, I have decided to use their paint correction service and left the car for another 2 days. I came back, and all the major deep scratches were gone, and the car was shining like never before. From now on, this will be my choice of car detailing shop. Happy to recommend - GO check them out; they are DOPE!

I highly recommend Alphashine. I’ve been using Alphashine for a few months now. Everything about the business is great. Booking is easy and friendly. They have an app but I prefer booking by phone. They’re uniformly pleasant, professional, flexible, and efficient. I use the valet service and the drivers are again pleasant, professional, friendly, and efficient. And, I guess most importantly, they do a great job inside and out. I’m very happy with the job they do. I like my car clean and always found keeping it that way a bit of a pain. I have been coming here for some time, it seems the overall quality has dropped substantially. Since I first started I noticed vehicles not being completed in the allotted time, management has gotten worse and the employees seem to be less interested in the business. Not looking good alpha shine, maybe get a team that enjoys to work for the managing staff. Nonetheless, this company’s quality is subpar at best

I got the omega package (full interior and exterior detailing) for my car and I'm very happy with results! The car looks brand new! Very nice, professional and smooth service. Will definitely use again in the future.

If there was an option for No Stars I would definitely choose that! This Company ( at 55 Avenue rd ) did auto detailing for my car on Tuesday Dec-14-2021. When I first inquired about their service, they assured me that they would do such an excellent job that my car would be ready for show room. They also said that they do auto detailing for most expensive cars like Porsche, Mercedes,... They did an awful job! They didn't even do the vacuuming properly. The seats were not shampooed and the salt is still on the Carpet floor mats! Just stay away from this location. If you have a vacuum cleaner at home, you will do a much better job than them. I also have to mention that they charged me $220.35 for this mess! More importantly, they had a very unprofessional manner and when I complained about their service, they paid no attention and did not care. All I heard was, " Sorry for that " !!! I am totally dissatisfied and would never recommend this location to anyone.

PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR - NEVER TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE! Response to the Owner (your name would be appreciated) I disagree with your choice of words, the job completed by your staff was not insufficient. That would mean they did not complete it. When in fact the job was completed sub par. And passed on to me as sufficient. 1. I do not trust you or your team to handle my vehicle moving forward. You and your team have broken the trust. Not me. 2. No I do not have time to bring back my vehicle nor have you collect my vehicle. While you correct your mistakes. 3. Your offer of the engine cleaning, is only a 12.7% discount of my final bill. It's insulting to me that you deem that an acceptable offer. 4. I should not be showing you or your staff parts of my vehicle that are "insufficient". The photos that I have shared with you and your team are more than adequate. Yes, the decision not to accept your offers is correct. But you also did not accept my suggestions for compensation. Nor did you want to negotiate. You simply told me that my version of compensation was denied. At this point, I would have simply refunded the $67.80 to my credit card. Whom drives a Porsche, thought that was enough of a referral that I needed to take my vehicle to be fully detailed, engine bay cleaning and smoke removal. Well as they say, pictures are worth a 1,000 words. I have attached all the sub par work that was completed including my bill. I have nothing to hide. When I brought in my vehicle I dealt with Mahdi, and he stated "Your vehicle is not that dirty" I stated I know I just like to have my vehicle always clean and prepped for the winter. He suggested that I get most detailed package, which I complied with. I left the vehicle with them on Saturday at 10am for 24hours. And this is what I got back. All I wanted was a full refund and to never deal with them again. Unfortunately Marcus declined that offer and requested me to come back to rectify it. If they cant do it right the first-time, I know in my experience they wont be able to do it a second time. I now have to source another detailing company to rectify the sub par job they preform on my vehicle. If I can leave you with any advice, I STRONGLY SUGGEST DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! BTW THE BILL WAS $531.00
