It took Tia 1.5 hours to remove the previous gel from my nails that was so grown out and clipped off that only the tips remained. I repeat… 1.5 hours to remove it. The girl beside me had the same service done. Came after me and was done before I even got the previous colour off. Tia was sweet, don’t get me wrong, but SUPER inexperienced. Seemed as if she didn’t quite know how to use the tools and had no confidence. After three hours of being there I had to go and told her just to wrap up the manicure and I won’t do the shellac. She quickly tried cutting my cuticles without even soaking my fingers in water. I am sore. Of course I get charged full price when I didn’t even get a clear coat on top of nails and was confronted with major attitude from someone else that worker there when I questioned it. First and last time going there. SO disappointed.
M	Maureen Garland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was not impressed with the manicure I received. It took over 90 mins when a good manicure should take no more than a hour. The technician seemed inexperienced. The following day it started to chip off. I can get an excellent manicure in Victoria for $20 less, including tip, than this place. And it lasts 3 weeks. I will not be returning.

The massage chair felt nice, and the entire pedicure process was great as well. Gabby was extremely professional and kind and I couldn’t recommend her enough. The workspace was clean and all the staff were friendly. I can’t wait to return back!
W	Wendy Falkenberg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nail art ability sucks. I had asked the girls before starting if they could do a simple nail design. 3x I tried telling her the bubbles need to be bigger. Finally she scraped it off and got help, then I had to tell her a 4th time I wanted bigger bubbles instead of just small dots. 45min pedicure turned into an hour and a half. Had I wanted a basic one, I am confident they would have done a fantastic job. Better then Divine. I would totally recommend Allure. Just not for nail art. Photos show what I wanted and what was the finishing product. 90 minutes later.
A	Angelique Fidel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my nails done by Gabby. She said upfront that she’s new, and the amount of time she’ll need might be a little longer than senior technicians. I appreciated that. She was patient even when I am being nit picky about my nails. She is very soft spoken. I am only giving 4 stars just to remind her there’s still room for improvement (ie maybe a little less glue next time ?) however, I am pleased with her work. She also managed to finish on time, albeit all the phone calls she had to answer. I guess because she’s new she has to take all the phone calls? For a beginner, she was good. The salon is clean and tidy, and very accessible. Street parking available in front of the salon.
