★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I come to chi chi I always get acrylics done, and they’ve always looked great but I noticed that they don’t use sterilized equipment ( nail clippers, cuticle cutters, new sanding bits) which is a huge red flag! Everyone knows you can spread fungus and other diseases through unsterilized equipment. And they use MMA powder which is terrible for your nails and should never be used in nail salons!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I visited this spa two days ago. We are both very disappointed with the service we got. We waited 40 minutes past our appointment. We both wanted our nails done with shellac and a design. They looked very upset when we showed them the design we wanted (we chose it from their display). My friend had previous nails on and they didn't completely remove them before painting. Three of my nails have already chipped.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got acrylics done here on Saturday and 4 of my nails have fallen off already. I don’t play with them or anything, and I glued them back on but now my nails are covered in glue. My nail tech was very nice but she made my nails crooked. I might not go back here, very poor hygiene in this salon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a gel fill and it's one of the best salons I've visited in Woodstock! My nail tech was really sweet and worked quickly. Other salons always leave gaps on the edge of my nails but she didn't miss any spots. It was also about $15 cheaper than other salons I've been to. Will definitely go back.
