β β β β β Lindsay is truly a professional. I was connected to her by accident through my local Allstate not answering their phone. She handled everything I needed for my home insurance. What set her apart is her reviewing all of my insurance policies with me and making changes to both mine and my wifeβs auto insurance. She went above and beyond what is expected and I am grateful for it! Amazing service!

β β β β β so after having a very hard time getting in touch with allstate any time i tried to call. They sent me my renewals, which are largely higher than the previous year despite no accidents or claims. On both my vehicles i had through them. my boat went from 350 to 450 over the year and my car went from 1350 to 1800. very unprofessional, pathetic insurance company.

Let me tell you, when I got a call from Tracey Burlak at Allstate, my expectations were EXCEEDED tenfold. We have vehicles that have proven to be difficult to insure at all, let alone with good rates. Tracey took on the challenge and ensured we had the comprehensive coverage that suited our needs, an added bonus that the premiums we pay with Allstate are lower than with our prior insurers. Reaching out about our policies no longer feels like a task because I know on the other end of the phone line I have a knowledgeable, competent agent working alongside us. Should the time come that we ever have a claim (knock on wood), I am so confident that we are in good hands. Tracey's communication is second to none and the rapport that has been built has created a strong foundation for doing business with Allstate for many years to come.
