★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad reviews reflect the reality! Worst company to deal with, unreliable, lies over lies, windows installed 3 months late and only after weekly visits to their office! Beware and save your money.
Also, the 5 stars given by the owner to his own company should not count towards the overall rating...
Edit: You know very well we were not happy at all, you never came back to even finish the trims ( and it was last year FYI). Of course we paid, we are honourable people, unlike you. You put us and our 3 other neighbours in a horrible situation for almost 6 months. No one was happy!

The product speaks for itself the most important part for us was the structure of the window as our current windows constantly leak. They suggested a hybrid aluminum window which has worked out great so far, price was right and service was professional, timely, and accurate. Highly recommend this company!!

Joshua made the repairs, answering all of our questions, and completing each issue. We very much appreciated the dedication Alliance put into making us a happy consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Linda & Pete were amazing! LOVE the product and service, it was installed ahead of schedule, unlike the other companies we called who took months to even get back to us. What made the big difference was it felt like they were there to help us and solve our issue with our existing situation, not just get the cheque and get out. The follow up service and warranty was also impressive, never felt like we had to harass anyone or fight to get ahold of the company. Thank you so much!
