★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is written from an owner's opinion. I would VERY VERY highly recommend having All Season in your stable to handle ALL of your rentals or when you want to fill up/prospect for new spots without lifting a finger. They will gauge & evaluate your property to rent & MOST importantly screen for the renters that are responsible. The contract to the renters is THOROUGH & departure/cleaning instructions leave the place immaculate. The only calls i have ever had were around some sort mechanical issue around the cottage, NEVER around the agency. We have never had an incident around a careless rental. The first year was a little slow, however in our second year as full as we would like. I believe they are a touch higher in commission than the other in the Haliburton area, but in my opinion worth it. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been pleasantly surprised by some businesses over the years, but none as much as All-Season Cottage Rentals, J.T., in particular. We booked a cottage for this summer back in February. Unfortunately, in recent weeks, my wife passed away. When I inquired about cancelling the booking, J.T. responded immediately with condolences and an assurance of a refund of my deposit, (which was unexpected and unasked for)which was done. It was vastly reassuring that in the darkest time of my life that virtual strangers would treat me like a family member. It was greatly appreciated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible: do not rent from this greedy agency. While renting one of their cottages, we were openly threatened by an abusive neighbor who felt entitled to let their vicious dog roam the property. The cottage owners were aware their neighbors regularly trespass, but didn’t bother to consider their renters might not appreciate it. We had to leave the cottage in the middle of the night and cut short our vacation, fearing for our safety. When we brought the matter up with All-Season and asked for a refund for the nights we missed because we had to flee, they decided not to refund a dime! They took the time to give us lots of disclaimers saying they weren’t responsible and sidestepped their responsibility and common decency. If you're looking for a rental agency that cares about their customers as much as they do their rental commissions, look elsewhere. There are lots of terrific alternatives for Ontario vacation rentals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've rented cottages from this company now for almost ten years, usually at least one in the summer and one in the fall. I've brought friends, young kids and elderly parents and everyone's had an incredible time. They have a huge selection of cottages at all price ranges and sizes. The properties and lakes are beautiful and the staff at All Seasons is super personable and always there to help - from helping choose a cottage to dealing with any problems that may arise. When a sump pump had an issue one evening they were there within 2 hours and didn't leave till everything was fixed. I find the website and search options ideal and the options amazing. I couldn't recommend them more and I've sent many friends their way. There's two cottages there that we've gone to so many times that they feel a little like ours. I couldn't be more grateful.

JT ensures he addresses perfection for his clients to ensure a fantastic well tailored vacation for his clients. He and his team are focused on ensuring we as renters have the best vacation possible and he and the team are aligned to our needs as cottage goers. They go above and beyond to ensure prices are right and that the cottages are the right fit for our family. I wouldn’t trust my vacation planning to any other Group. JT thank you for going above and beyond to ensure we have the best possible vacation in the right cottage!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented from this company last year and had a great time and we were told we could rent the same place again. Once 2021 came around, we were told the owners were considering whether or not they would be renting it out again. We waited and waited for an answer. We checked again and were told the same thing. After over a month, they responded back and told us that the owners were not allowing us to rent the cottage again because we had damaged it, not cleaned, etc. We had no idea what they were talking about.... a family member reached out to the actual owner and we found out the company had screwed up because we were not the party who had caused any damage - in fact when we arrived the propane was empty and we paid to fill up both tanks despite the fact it was supposed to be provided to us and we did not complain, or receive and compensation for that. We were also just told the cottage is entirely booked for the year and now the company won’t even answer us or help us rebook something else despite the fact they ruined our chance of getting the rental again.
I expect answers, an apology and some actual professionalism from your company. Reach out ASAP and fix this NOW! Take some actual responsibility and stop avoiding the problem you have created. If I could give -5 stars I would.
2 MONTHS LATER - I am editing this post to add that after two months my family was unable to get ahold of this business. They ignored our emails, calls, etc. Dodging responsibility is normal for them it seems. We found another reputable company and it was night and day. Avoid this company like you avoid disappointment.

Scenic Haliburton lake. What-a-view!
Absolutely stunning cottage! Views of the lake were superb... However, the drive to get to the cottage was less than desirable. We did eventually make it, and made the most of everything this rental had to offer. Even sledding out back.
The price was on the high end, but you definitely get what you pay for. We felt like VIP guests, our entire stay.
So much fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have enjoyed renting from this great group of people at All Season for the past 3 summers and are excited to return again this year. We would have happily returned to Sam's Lake House for another summer; however the cottage was sold and is no longer available. So I was a little worried about finding another place that met all of the things on our cottage "wish list". But with the friendly and caring help of Victoria, JT and Shannon at All Season, we are all set up for another year of great family fun - making more memories in beautiful Haliburton.
