s	samantha baird on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish it was possible to give them more stars!!! I broke down about 20km out of Jasper towards Hinton. I phoned my roadside assistance and they dispatched All-In Auto to give me a tow! Originally it was supposed to get towed all the way to Kia Edmonton. I’m from BC, so I wasn’t fond of the plan, but it was for free so I took what help I could get. Luckily the driver was kind enough to take a peak at my vehicle and noticed it was just the serpentine belt that needed to be replaced. He gave me the option to either have them fix it in Hinton or take it to Edmonton. I chose to have them fix it because they were so kind to give me the option and it saved me from going all the way to the Kia! They fixed it for me and held it at their compound until I was able to make my way there. They even let me pick it up on Saturday! When they’re closed! They diagnosed my vehicle to make sure everything else was good to go as well and it was cheaper than what Kia would of charged me! I definitely recommend these guys!!!! They’re life savers!!!!
C	Connor McInnes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my oil pan changed by them. They forgot to install 2 bolts to my motor mount after dropping the subframe. Only compensation they'd offer is making me use my own time and gas to go to a mechanic 40min away from my house or to drive all the way back to hinton from Edmonton so they could install 2 bolts that I easily could've done myself or taken it to a local shop. I'm now changing my oil for the first time after they installed my new pan. They left a mess of oil under my car and on the subframe. The brand new drain bolt has been torqued on so tight it damaged the bolt head. Would highly recommend keeping away for anything oil related as they have done far more harm than good for me.

Before arriving we were told the shop on site takes priority for those who are being towed in to be looked at day of. We had a rear press fit barring that broke, and no one was able to see us for a few days at least. All-in Auto had us picked up by 11:30 in Jasper, Hinton by 1pm and back on the road by 4:30. Thank you to everyone there for being so helpful!

My AMA brought the guys from All-In, they towed it to their shop, repaired it for a fair price. Truck is running great. Thanks for the honesty and care!

All In Auto made room in their busy schedule to find the parts needed, hot-shot them to the shop, and repair the truck in a matter of hours. While in their office, they were very amicable, and accommodating. Also, shout out to Tyler for the fun conversation on our way to town!

S	Stuart Browning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday my brother and I were on our way to Marmot Basin from Edmonton. My vehicle suddenly lost all power. I called AMA fore a tow and Willis from A-1 picked up my unattended vehicle. It was a Sunday right after the New Years holiday and we were ready to spend the night in Hinton. Mechanic shops aren't willing to sacrifice there time with there families to help out another.................... or, are they? Not only did Willis help, but Eric another mechanic and the owner Wayne showed up to ensure they could do everything to help us. Parts are scarce on a holiday Sunday in Hinton so they set about finding a suitable replacements and we were on our way in a little over an hour! We weren't even gouged for some after hours charge. It is rare to find people who are willing to help and the team at A-1 went above and beyond to do more than just help. The saved the day!! Thanks for everything, it was very kind and much appreciated!

We needed to be home for an important engagement on Saturday afternoon. We called AMA for assistance and Eric from All-in Auto in Hinton connected with us. Eric advised that it was too late for his driver to take us to Edmonton as his duty day was almost over. He arranged for a tow early the next morning. Eric called back a few minutes later and advised that Willis could pick us up in 90 minutes and bring us and our car to Hinton that night. We could get part way home, overnight there and leave early morning to get us home in time for our commitment. Willis picked us up and took us to a hotel in Hinton. He was friendly, helpful, informative and extremely professional. In the morning he picked us up and we continued on to Edmonton. Willis carefully unloaded our car and headed back to Hinton. I can’t say enough about how well we were treated by All-in Auto! They are clearly a first rate operation!
