★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them to assist in getting me out of a ditch. The guy wanted me to give him a credit card to secure the tow. I couldn’t do that so he asked how much cash I had. I told him I had none on hand but I was more than happy to etransfer him some money. He refused the etransfer because email doesn’t work well for him. He ended the call saying I was stuck with a shovel tonight
After speaking to him, I called Sask CAA and was able to get them to dispatch a driver. I waited an hour and hadn’t heard anything. When I called CAA again, they transferred me to the tow truck driver. It was the same guy from this company.
He told me he would be here within 45 minutes. However, I guess he didn’t hang up his phone after our conversation. I heard him discussing our earlier conversation and openly mocking me with his buddy. I listened for about a minute before hanging up my phone and the mocking continued.
I was tempted to call him and give him a piece of my mind but honestly, I still needed help and I didn’t want to stir the pot. I figured I would just wait for him to help me and move on from the experience with a bad taste in my mouth
So I waited, and waited, and waited. 45 minutes came and went. Then an hour passed. I called back to CAA. They tried calling him but no one answered. So, after 3 hours and being mocked and ridiculed, I’m still stuck in a ditch.
If you don’t want to help, just say so. It’s not difficult

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me $661 just to change an airbag on trailer. The owner is rude , he changed the price on invoice right in front of me and charged extra. They take advantage of people stuck in the situation.

They picked us up again and had us back on the road. So happy with the service and kindness of everyone at the business.

By far the worst shop I’ve ever gone to!! overcharge and very disrespectful owner they don’t deserve a single dollar of yours if you need a shop in this area just go 2 miles north of this place you’ll find a great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a scam. Reading all the bad reviews I now understand why I was charged 140$ for two hours of using a 240v/30A outlet from the garage to charge my electric vehicle. I would have been very happy to pay a just amount for the service but this is more then it cost to drive the country coast to coast in charging fee.Avoid avoid avoid !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called for a mobile repair service but cancelled it about 5 minutes later as we were able to unexpectedly resolve the issue ourselves.
In those few minutes they charged our card $325. After cancelling they refunded our card $225. $100 for doing absolutely nothing seems a bit excessive. $20 may have been appropriate since the guy did leave the yard, but $100 for leaving the yard and driving right back in? We feel ripped off and will never recommend them to anyone. Based on the other reviews I see this is normal behaviour for them. Had I read the reviews before calling for service I would have called someone else. Anyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todd is the man in charge if you ever have any trouble down the road. He is super professional guy with great team. I had my 45000 lbs 11 feet high load hanging out from the deck. He handled it very professional way and helped me with the cargo insurance bcz the load was not properly
Secure in a tall wooden box. There was no other crane service nearby. He was very responsible on service charges. Thanks Todd.
