My partner and I have been working with her during our buying and selling process, and I cannot quantify enough how amazing she is at her job. She is extremely professional, thorough and organized, available and responsive, and detail oriented. During our selling process, Alisa sent us several comparable units in our area so we could assess what the market value would be, noting how much places were listed for versus selling for. With her expert advice and extensive research on how much to list our unit for, we were able to sell our place within our first open house with multiple offers.
