Ryan has been a great guide in a maze of real estate market. Initially, we were not sure if we needed help of a real estate agent. Luckily, we decided to give it a try and contacted a few. While many were trying to compel us to not work with other agents, (one even tried to have us sign an exclusivity agreement), Ryan had no problem with us looking at what others have to offer. He just provided a ton more service from the get go. Right away, he created an MLS account for us and shared access so we could see the most recent listings. Then after we selected a few, Ryan would schedule viewings and go there with us, giving his opinion on each place whenever we asked and answering other questions along the way. Ryan helped us better understand how buying process usually goes and what to expect at each stage of the process. Whenever we were interested in a unit, he would get all necessary paperwork from listing agents, send it to us and also read through it himself, to provide a solid overview of the property (and I mean a very thorough review in human language). That part was tremendously helpful. We found that digging through all that documentation was quite painful, when you consider all terminology/slang, need for understanding how things are generally run and trying to see if anything is off. Ryan was always accessible via phone, text, and email. I remember, emailing him at around 2am, (I could not sleep that night and was hoping to get an answer the next day), but to my amusement, I got a response just 20 minutes later. To say that Ryan was always tremendously helpful, would be an understatement. At the moment of writing, Ryan is in top 10% of real estate agents in the area, but judging from my experience of working with him I would put him in the top 1% and recommend his services to anyone on any day.
