Please make sure you having list of details of the house on all your offers and amendments if you are dealing with this company. Even you have list of details, you may not be fulfilled by your rights. I am a new buyer, and LeHomes was servicing for the seller. They can't give us the keys on the possesion date because the seller did not move out everything, and we agreed on the second day at 1:00pm verbally. At the confimed time, their realtor made me wait for 2 hours and I still did not get all keys. When I get into the house, the entire house is not cleaned and 2 out of 4 defects listed on the amendment were not done any work. Now, it is 5:29 pm, I still have remotes missing to be received. The seller's realtor said she will drop the remotes and passwords off before 5:30pm. Hopefully, she can give me the keys in 1 min. So, all buyers, please make sure you have a strong lawyer to protect your rights!!!
