His "bedside manner" is excellent, their technology is state of the art, and his first adjustment on me yesterday has had an amazing effect today. I have seen every spine/alignment related professional over 15 years including chiropractors, Osteotherapist, Rolfing, physiotherapists, RMT, and many more. Best results and enjoyable processes have absolutely been NUCCA and RMT.

Dr. Gordon is polite and extremely knowledgeable about the spinal anatomy which fills me with confidence every visit. It’s easy to be sceptical when it comes to NUCCA. It’s hard to believe that such a slight adjustment to the “atlas” could be beneficial in any way, but it is. I’ve been seeing Dr. Gordon for at least 10 years now (with lots of time in between visits ... sometimes years), and, along with others in the health care industry, he has helped heal my lower back pain on every occasion. Sometimes patience is needed as quite often there is no “immediate” relief from the pain. The healing procedure may last for a few visits, but I swear by the results and am much more comfortable with this type of chiropractic procedure than the traditional “severe” spinal manipulation. It’s a pleasure dealing with Dr. Gordon and his staff. Align Health and Wellness is definitely worth a visit.

This misdiagnosis led to me following a treatment plan that only incrementally increased pain in my body. Cody identified the misdiagnosis after 2 sessions, realizing that the bone structure in my hips is simply 'different' and that my previous treatment plan and approach would not be effective. This small realization (which simply involved a single treatment session, x-rays, and the understanding of my sports movement) resulted in feedback that has literally changed my life. Literally. Honestly, the most helpful health guidance I received in my life hands down. And honestly, the diagnosis was simple, but the reality is multiple specialists missed it previously as they never took the time to understand that Cody did. That understanding, time, and compassion changed my understanding of my body completely!

The pain drove down my leg with the ever present pins and needles. Each step I took, took my breath away. It robbed me of my quality of life. It tortured me 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Every day I was living on pain medication just to get relief and feel human. Dr Gordon came across Facebook promising healing relief from sciatic nerve pain. At first every few days I'd be able to do something I hadn't been able to do since injury, then daily. Even for a while, there would be a few new things on a single day. Now, six weeks after ending treatments the improvement has held and appears to be continuing. The office was modern, friendly and efficient and Janice was always pleasant at the front desk and in emails. Dr. Cody was easy to talk to. He proved to be knowledgeable, practical and helpful with clear instruction in layman's terms. I couldn't ask for better! Without these treatments, I don't know if I'd be looking forward to playing tennis again! Thank you, Dr. Cody!!
