Align Custom Fit Footwear & Footcare

My first visit to Align and it was an optimum experience. Knowledge, friendly, professional staff and Chiropodist Braveenan is awesome and provided great solutions. Would definitely recommend and will return.

I’ve worn custom orthotics most of my life in one form or another. I’ve dealt with more than one podiatrist over the years with variable results and I started out with orthopedically modified shoes as a very young child. I’m closer to 70 now than I care to be and what I can say about Align is that they are the very best at what they do of any professional or doctor I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. The staff are exceptionally courteous and the store itself is spotlessly clean and inviting to enter. The assessments are done with great care and attention paid to every detail and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been outstanding. The orthotics they have made for me have been of very high quality, perfectly fitted, have lasted very well so far ( been about 3 years for the first pair) and though I don’t necessarily see the same person each time I am reassessed, they’re all excellent and have made me feel that they truly care about me and my problems. They listen to what I have to say and take all concerns seriously and anytime I may have a minor issue with an orthotic, they’ll fix it promptly. I could use every superlative in the dictionary and I still would not be sure I conveyed how truly excellent this company is. If you have any issues with foot pain or difficult getting shoes to fit, please go and see the delightful people at Align. You will not regret it. Incidentally, though there is no denying that orthotics are a bit costly, and particularly if you don’t have insurance that can help, the fact is that compared to what I have spent on them in the past, the price at Align is very reasonable. I have spent more money, for nothing like as good an orthotic, and that was some 20 years ago and while OHIP pays for the visit to the podiatrist, you may never get the kind of in-depth analysis at a podiatrists office that you will get at Align.

A very warm welcoming from the front desk ladies Chelsea and Frances. Braveenan our Align Clinician was very insightful and explained details in layman’s term with regards to our foot health. Overall we felt cared for, and we walked away with awesome, personalized, fitted orthotics! We will be returning for more foot care! :D

Brandon did a body alignment assessment He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend coming to the body Align Clinic. The footwear is also fantastic IF you do so decide to purchase a pair. Kathy and Chelsea are so adorable… and also very pleasant. A great experience all around

I had gone to Align for the first year during COVID to get my first pair of orthotics and I had the best experience. Brandon is very thorough explaining body mechanics and how orthotics help. He and the staff are just awesome, very welcoming and take their time with each client. A few weeks ago, I went in for my much delayed follow up, got the body alignment assessment again with Brandon, and this time I ordered two pairs of orthotics, as I had enough coverage from my insurance. Totally worth it! I can't see myself going anywhere else for this type of health service. Everyone here is very professional and the customer service is exceptional. I Highly recommend!

So incredibly impressed and pleased with the service from Align especially with Darius and Brandon. Not only do they provide the best orthotics I have ever had but there is so much learning and education in terms of caring for your feet and tips on how to cope with a bunion and a tie that wants to overlap. It is truly because of them that I am able to put off the bunion surgery. I am beyond grateful. Also love to come in here and shop with Frances and Kathy.

I had such a great experience at Align. All the staff were very helpful and accommodating. The clinic was clean and I was very comfortable in the clinic. Catherine was very knowledgeable in identifying my daughter's needs for her feet. She was very patient to answers all my questions and helped me select the best orthopedic shoes for my daughter.
