This is the worst “Medical” practice I have ever been. They are rude, disrespectful (the staff is horrible - specially the manager “Lynn”. She should not be allowed to work with any thing that it is alive). They does NOT listen what the patients is saying, they forget to send referrals, they forget to send prescription, they don’t plan follow ups at all. PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. PLEASE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

She gave me a lecture for asking a question about the after hours clinic during the day (which my regular doctor tells patients to use if they are not available, which they weren't), as if I should know this information already. Part of her job is to know & communicate the details of clinic's operations, so I was surprised by the aggressive attitude over a simple inquiry about accessing a healthcare provider. I hope it was just a bad day, as being that miserable all the time would be exhausting for herself and any patients of this clinic.

She had the absolute worst experience with the clinic and Dr.Chin over the 3 years she was a patient. Her concerns were never addressed, she was brushed off when trying to talk to the Dr., was REFUSED be to referred to a specialist, and even getting regular blood work as a diabetic was like pulling teeth. This family member has now gone to another Dr and has seen a specialist, and has been properly diagnosed with a serious ailment. Had Dr.Chin listened to her concerns a year ago,her health today would not be as bad as it is. It broke my heart hearing my family member cry that this Dr would not help. Please...read these reviews and seriously avoid this place.

We have been trying to get my family member's diabetes medication, but the receptionist has been extremely dismissive. The pharmacy has called plenty of times and even sent in an urgent request fax which has not been acknowledged. The receptionist refuses to accept that they have even received it and keeps turning us away. My family member has called and the receptionist said we never called them and they never got any fax. There is proof of calls and faxes. Absolutely absurd! I highly recommend the company to replace the receptionist, especially for the health and safety of the patients!
P	Patricia Pehar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My severely depressed and suicidal teenage family member was refused access to care by the receptionist/nurse here named Meagan because my family member was 6 minutes late to her appointment. The reason she was late is because she had been struggling to get out of bed that day because she was feeling particularly depressed and suicidal. This family member and her mom explained their situation and PLEADED with Meagan to let them see the doctor so that they could get a referral to a psychiatrist. The appointment would have taken 5 minutes. Despite that- and the fact that the office was empty- they were turned away (after being made to wait 20 minutes). Meagan (and presumably the family doctor) not only displayed utter medical negligence and a lack of compassion - she was unnecessarily rude. By the way, the time of day was noon - perhaps they were more concerned with taking their lunch break.

She has even called me at home, even though she was at home, under the weather. Nicole, reception, has been a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this clinic because of the Doctor's expertise and the pleasant staff.

I attended this facility with my young son a few years ago and the doctor was SO rude to him when she walked in (after waiting a very long time) and he was sitting on her stool. absolutely NO idea how to engage with children. I just emailed them again today to see if they were taking new patients (which their website says they are) and the snotty receptionist sent me a very short email asking if we had a family doctor. when I said we had one a few years ago but are looking to switch she said "we only see patients if your doctor has retired". ummmm, what? so if I had lied that our doctor "retired" they would take us on as patients? she was very curt. zero tact. definitely did me a favour. reminded me why I never went back here all those years ago. stay away.

Lynn has always been pleasant and Dr Williams always makes me feel taken care off. She listens and follows up and seems to be a generally nice person and a wonderful doctor. Thanks for taking care of me!
