B	Brooke Deschamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our florist for our wedding and everything was just perfect, Carol was a delight to work with she was so flexible on budget she had everything delivered and set up on time, she was responsive when emailed and the arrangements were just beautiful, all my guests commented on how much they loved the colours and the centrepieces and I thought everything was just perfect.

The flowers were already wilting upon arrival and by day 4, mostly dead. Flowers did not come with feed. The vase also looked old. It seemed as if the arrangement had been made much in advance of the order or perhaps a display bouquet in the shop. Unable to reach the shop by phone number. Highly disappointed and do not recommend. Update: Was able to finally speak with person listed on the shipping slip. Ridiculous amount of attitude and dismissal about the state of the flowers. Very audacious demeanor. It's a 140 dollar arrangement that lasted 4 days followed by pompous customer service. AVOID if you value your money.

After 5 tries I called the store & told the unfriendly CSR what happened. Before I could finish, she dismissively told me I need to call Teleflora because it’s their problem & blah, blah, blah! I was simply calling to place the order by phone. It was a $169. order too! You just lost business because of your rudeness.

Recently we found out that my Nana's cancer is worse and she will not make it to our wedding. We planned a wedding in a week so she could see us wed. I contacted Carol to see if she could quickly arrange a bouquet for me and she was totally flexible and eager to work with us and our tight deadline. I was completely frazzled and trusted Carol to put something together for us that would be beautiful and the only thing I said was I love colour - she completely delivered. Given the quick circumstances of this wedding too, we did not have time to save and were on a tight budget. We were going to forego ceremony flowers due to financial constraints, but she donated them out of the pure goodness of her heart to make our ceremony backdrop look simple yet beautiful. It was the most generous gift to receive during this overwhelming and emotional time. Carol, thank you for your beautiful work. I am beyond excited to work with you again next August and immensely appreciated the flower donation.
