bought a unit from these guys... picked up the keys upon completion of the building in late Nov. of 2015 (literally the day after they finished building it). Originally, I was going to move in myself but got busy with stuff and then decided that I would rent it out instead. so, for a couple months it was empty. I literally never spent a single night there. When my tenant moved in on Jan 28th of 2016, he discovered that the dishwasher wasn't working (again, the unit has never been lived in, dishwasher and all the appliances are brand new). So, at the moment, I'm getting the run-around. They wanted me to call their "Customer Service", which I did. I had to wait almost a week for a repair man, and when he finally got there, he said he couldn't repair the dishwasher and I have to deal with the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer and I have to provide proof that the unit is under 1 year old. I sent them everything they asked for and still never got a reply. It has been 2 weeks since my tenant moved in and no dishwasher. If this had been an old building that's understandable. But a brand new building with brand new appliances and the people at Alexandra/Polygon don't want to deal with it. Absolutely unacceptable. Only 3 months of ownership and already having to deal with this. Update: So, it's now Feb 18th... still no one has come to fix this dishwasher. Trail Appliances are the people that I contacted and now they are saying that it's most likely an installation issue, which they are not responsible for and will have to charge $100 just to come out and diagnose the problem. Once again, MORE run-around. No one wants to take responsibly, no one wants to own up to it.

Nice looking for now, but they should have gone with concrete. People will pay for quality.
