★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice building and floor plan. Clean parkade and clubhouse. There is an outdoor pool. The building management is very responsive to our inquiries and they are easy to contact. This building is minutes away from the plaza with Walmart and it is located in a nice neighborhood next to other low rise condos.
