★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Monday April 22nd I was at this location around 3:40pm and the only reason I bought the slippers I did was because the sales associate told me that it would be shipped to me on time for the Bridal Shower I would be attending Sunday Apeil 28th. I just recieved an email saying it will be at my house April 30th. I made it clear to the girl that if it will not come by then I will not purchase it and have it shipped I will go to another store! I am so.upset because now I.eill have to go buy another shoe to go to the bridal shower in replace of my NOW late arriving shoe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought sandals on Friday, June 14 and wore them for 5 minutes to my car and back. They were defective as one of the sandals strap kept falling off from the back of my foot and so I had to drag it back to my car. Went back today to ask for an exchange at 11:30 am and an associate with long curly hair said she wouldn't let me exchange it as I had worn them even though they were defective as she couldn't re sell them to another customer. Why would you want to resell a defective item to someone else?? So disappointed! When I bought them, the other associate said I had 6 days to exchange them and I didn't want to exchange them because I didn't like them but due to them being defective. What a waste of money. Never again Aldo! Buyer beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just got the shoes delivered today, I am feeling wo disgraceful from Aldo, one of the shoes, Has even small rocks on the sole, and inside I can SEE residues OR DUST OF WHAT APPER TO BE of human skink flakes...I got photo and video , before I put this in the nest please send for this to be picked up...I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
I though, May be a manager will say, for your bad experience and inconvenient, Here let us send you a brand you shoe of your choice and keep on shopping with us.
I mean this is COVID 19 PANDEMI TIME AND YOU ARE SENDING ME USED DIRTY SHOES..THATS WASNT WHAT I PAID FOR....
THE STORE PERSONAL, HAVE BEEN ALWAYS NICE TO ME, BUT THIS EXPERIENCE MAY WALK ME AWAY FROM ADLOSHOES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Who doesn't like Aldo? This location has been coming clutch for me for so many years! I always have issues finding my size at other mall type locations and they either offer to order a pair in or refer me to this location! Awesome customer service, well kept store and very friendly staff.
