They truly stand by their guarantee - I have received a few aftermarket cartridges that have had various issues with them and they have been EXTREMELY helpful with troubleshooting the issues and/or sending me replacements very quickly!

Their customer service is above and beyond.
I bought a used printer from them, and it has had two issues with it now (which just happens - no fault of theirs). The first time, they sent someone out to look at it the next day and he fixed that problem AND help me set it up to print wirelessly (again, above what was "required" of them), and since it was within the first 3 months, they didn't charge me anything. Then several months later after the warranty had technically expired a component failed on the printer (again, not their fault - they don't have a crystal ball). Someone came out to look at it the next day again, and he couldn't diagnose why it failed on the spot and had to pull apart the printer, so he took it to the shop for a few days. Since it was still a mystery as to why the component failed they said they didn't feel right charging for the part, so they only charged for the labour, and even that was billed at less than the time it was actually worked on - above and beyond, yet again.
