We contacted PrinterWorks and they helped us to transition away from Segue very smoothly! Brendan Fowler was very helpful and really bent over backwards to get our business. Thanks Brendan. Its a relief to deal with a reputable company!

They are very helpful in resolving your questions, whether they are user-functionality related or hardware/technical. When our copier ran low on toner, they rush delivered a new cartridge to Strathmore, AB, within 24 hours! Always friendly, helpful and they go above and beyond to ensure your questions are resolved. Thank you for your sincere and helpful service, it is always a pleasure to work with all of you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work at a very small non-profit, and we engaged PrinterWorks last year when our ancient printer died. We were a bit apprehensive at first, however we have had a very positive experience. The machine they brought is great and has made our lives so much easier - and the fees have been exactly what they quoted. Best of all, when we did have an issue with the printer they dealt with it right away. They needed to order a part in, and then we switched to working from home for a couple months - and over that time they continued to check in with me to let me know they hadn't forgotten about us and to see if were back in the office yet. Excellent service and I would definitely recommend.
