★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person that answered the phone was oblivious to my simple question. It’s the same song and dance every time I call or attend the Edmonton office. She seems to work harder at avoiding answering a question than finding an answer. I am just short of saying “ typical government employee” but the ladies who helped me previously were patient, listened and did their best at answering my questions. Where did they go?
