★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Again rented from this location in a span of one month. This time from Alamo and aging same great service. Car was same that I reserved and got a reminder call day ahead of my rental. Check in fast and hassle free ( check in online will save you a time) Vehicle was clean and sanitized upon receiving it. Would again rent from same location anytime. Best hours of operation in the city and greatest customer care so far.
Highly recommended this location from any rental company here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a torrid time getting my deposit refunded. The invoice does not even show the deposit charged and the amount of refund expected. All it shows is the actual charge for the rental. Please fix this asap Alamo! Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually have a great experience with Alamo, but had a terrible experience with the Ottawa Airport location recently.
Did an after-hours return for a one way car rental at this location, received a call the next day claiming that I had damaged the car when I know for a fact that I never did. Alamo did their fake "investigation" and concluded that I am responsible for covering the damages(I have a better chance of winning the lottery than them admitting to having damaged the car themselves).
I'm going to continue to rent from Alamo since I've generally had a good experience with them, but I will now be documenting every corner of the car, with photographs, at every step of the way during my rental, especially if I'm ever unfortunate enough to return the car at this location in the future.

She even remembered (when I returned the car) that I came to Ottawa to surprise my mother with a visit. Excellent attention to detail. Thank you.
