Unapologetic with no customer service mind staffs at the counter. No one knows what’s going on and only looks to manager. And surprise manager doesn’t know anything either.

Waited 1hr and 30 min for a representative to answer and no one replied. If the office is not meant to serve Air Canada customers why wasting money for rent and employees ?! Either close it and improve online service or have a good manager to run it.

Absolutely horrible customer service and staff organization! Not to mention the lack of preparedness with respect to the surge of travelers this season (summer + reopening plan). This airport is severely understaffed and their employees could definitely use a course or two on how to properly and effectively provide a service to passengers that meets the standard of quality that Air Canada seems to firmly claim. I hope to never use this airline again. Please be nicer to your passengers, especially when they need your assistance.

Flew with Air Canada in March 2017 from Ottawa to Vancouver and it was almost a perfect experience. The flight there was really enjoyable and it’s amazing flying over the Rockies and being able to see it firsthand, the scale of the mountains and how they stretch on is incredible, and a neat way to experience the west coast for the first time. On the way back to Ottawa (actually two flights Vancouver to Toronto to Ottawa) the plane seemed to have been changed to a bigger one between when we booked our tickets and the flight, our window seats that we chose and paid extra for were now disappointingly isle seats in the middle of the plane. A pretty big letdown but customer service refunded the cost of the seat selection and I believe offered us 10% off our next flight, which was a good gesture but we fly so infrequently that the discount may never get used. The airport experience at all three Ottawa Toronto and Vancouver were good, lots of shopping options and love in Vancouver how we could take the Skytrain directly from the airport to our hotel downtown, that was amazing.

Barely any options out of Ottawa (YOW). However, they do have 17 flights daily to Toronto so this whole city can fill their flights there. God bless them.

I LITERALLY ASKED FOR WATER ON FLIGHT NO AC057 HEADING FROM DUBAI TO TORONTO AND THE FLIGHT ATTENDAD GAVE ME THE WORST Attitude EVER AND WAS SO RUDE TO ME TELLING TO ME to waif IN SUCH AN INSULTInG WAY, MORE OF AS IF I WAS BEGGING FOR IT. THE WORST FLIGHT EXPERIENCE EVER.

I haven’t flown in 11 years. We transferred to 2 planes. Both had great service. The supper was delicious and so was the breakfast. The coffee lacked taste. I enjoyed my flight from Canada to England and on the way back as well. The staff was really friendly. I would recommend this airline!

My recent experience flying with Air Canada was terrible. On our return flight back from Rome. we received terrible service from one flight attendant and did not receive our hot meal. As we were in the second last row from the back, we were the last to be served. Unfortunately, due to “Catering Issues” there was not enough meals for myself, my partner, and a few other passengers. The flight attendant notified us of the issue and offered us pretzels instead. I told her I didn’t want pretzels and mentioned it was a shame we didn’t receive a hot meal. She took this as me being “Angry”. I say this, because 5 minutes later she’s yelling at the service managers and pointing at me saying “THAT GENTLEMEN OVER THERE IS VERY ANGRY” Followed by repeating it 2 more times to the service manager. At this point the whole back of the plane is eyes on me…. Both my partner and I said we are not angry but just disappointed we didn’t receive a hot meal after flying for 8 hours……… She kept proceeding to call me out as the “angry customer”. I kept my composure, I didn’t say anything back to her, and at this point I started talking to the service manager. The service managers solution was giving a card where we could complain online to Air Canada.. I this how Air Canada trains it’s employees? To embarrasses customers? The same flight attendant gave horrible service to another gentleman sitting beside us. During the first meal service, they ran out of pasta options and only had chicken left. The gentlemen beside me was vegetarian and asked if they had anything else. The flight attendant was fast to tell him “how he was at fault not to of notified Air Canada 48 hours ahead time that he was vegetarian”. Again, is this how air Canada trains its employees?? Not to accommodate and find another meal for him, but instead to let him starve and tell him how he’s at fault… This poor gentleman missed both his meals because of the incompetence of Air Canada.
