★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien qu'au premier abord semblant fort compétent, après un service pourtant très correct, le réparateur a quitté chez moi en laissant un appareil fonctionnel, mais abimé (scratches, brisures) sur un panneau de commande. Après reprise de contact avec celui-ci pour signaler le problème, c'est silence radio. Décevant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but employee ID (based on invoice) ending ****038, was amazing. Very professional, friendly, honest, explained the problem, gave advice for future use and maintenance, and what to expect in a couple years in terms of repairs (unfortunately don't expect appliances to last 20 years without service). Would definitely recommend to others.
