★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nettoyage fait tel que promis , résultats plus qu'acceptables (pour les zones d'insatisfactions....il faut dire que cette maison n'a jamais été nettoyée professionnellement depuis sa construction soit 1992) le clabord d'aluminium est quand même redevenu un tant soit peu luisant ce qui m'a sincèrement étonné. Le service est courtois, rapide et professionnel en tout point.
cleaning done as promised, more than acceptable results (for areas of dissatisfaction .... it must be said that this house has never been professionally cleaned since its construction in 1992) the aluminum clabord is still a little shiny which really surprised me. The service is courteous, fast and professional in every way.

Ils sont venus avec une nacelle pas suffisamment haute et devaient revenir dans les prochains jours faire le lavage de vitres, mais n’ont plus jamais donné de nouvelles, et ce malgré plusieurs appels pour obtenir un suivi. Résultats: il m’a été impossible de trouver un autre entrepreneur car il était trop tard dans la saison. Donc nous allons devoir vivre avec des vitres sales tout l’hiver. Très déçu du manque de professionnalisme de cette entreprise.
NOT RECOMMENDED!
They came with an insufficiently high basket and were due to come back in the next few days to wash the windows, but never heard back again, despite several calls for follow-up. Results: It was impossible for me to find another contractor because it was too late in the season. So we're going to have to live with dirty windows all winter. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism of this company.
