I shared my vision with Murtaza and Charmeen and they made my ring a reality. It was a very personalized experience where they both took the time to tell me the significance and what to look for when precious gem. They took the time to understand what I truly wanted and custom made a ring that I fell in love with the moment I saw it. I keep looking at my finger in awe. It is evident that the ring is made from the highest quality sapphire, diamonds and rose gold. Would highly recommend Al Joher gems to everyone as you will get a high quality experience and product from professionals who will involve you and listen to you during the creative process. Personally, I didn’t know enough to do this, but he walked me through the process and really broke down every element of the ring and diamond purchasing process. He was available at all times of the day, whether it was text or call, and was always willing to jump on a call for questions I had. As for the product: The price point and quality was unmatched; he hit it on the dot. Did I do my due diligence? Ofcourse, because that would be the right thing to do for an important purchase. But what I can say is, no one touched his price and quality!! Wasn’t even close from the competition I spoke to (that competitor did my entire families’ rings! So it’s fair to say it was a good check). Ali and the Al Joher team did phenomenal on this one. The ring is perfect and he was incredibly accommodating with my schedule and my wants. He made my fiancé’s dream happen and he made it affordable for me. I recommend Al Joher 100 out of 10 times. Thank you again for making my day special. You have a customer for life

The rings themselves are stunning, as you can see from the picture attached of the peridot ring I have and from their Instagram account @aljohergems (see the garnet ring featured in October 2019). They have been a pleasure to buy from, whether it's from their existing pieces in stock (like the one below) or for a custom piece (the garnet ring mentioned). Their expertise show in both the beauty of their pieces and the consultation process to address any concerns you may have (for example, what looks good on you, price points, etc.). They're a small business with fantastic products and impeccable service; I recommend them to everyone (friends and coworkers have loved the rings each time I've worn them!) and I certainly look forward to future purchases with them too!
