I bought a ring here as a gift for my boyfriend, less then 3 hours into him wearing it , it had 2 dents in it and he was home all day! It was obviously bad quality gold. The guy working there said it was 10k gold definitely was not since it bent that easy and cost me $1000.This was an embarrassing and frustrating experience for me. I went back to the store within the 7day exchange period to get it fixed or exchange it for another ring. The guy told me if I want to get another ring and exchange this one I'll only get 500 back for the ring that I just spent $1000 on!!! Total rip off. And on top of that the guy was rude to me and argued with me LoL this place is a joke!

I was blown away with their customer service, as they're informative but not pushy. The attention to detail they give when making custom pieces is the reason I only go to them over any other jeweller in the city. Definately recommend AK Jewelry.

He has premade design options to choose from, or you can go to the custom route with AK and get something one of a kind done by him. He's truly an artist ! I so badly wanted a necklace with my first initial, but I didn't want it to look like a basic "R", yet at the same time I wanted simplicity. AK new exactly what I wanted and created a piece of art that I cherish so close to my heart ❤️ If you need any jewelery needs, AK is the way to go!!
