Keep losing service, pay huge amount of cash for a poor service, no customer relations, on hold forever, definitely would have some other service if possible.

Terrible customer service, I have called four times in two days each time I remained on hold for 27-35 minutes, and no one live to speak with. No options for any other way to receive help but sit on hold.

Absolutely the worst customer service with highest prices in BC. This company rates #1 for biggest rip off of the century. Subscribers Beware !!

I might as well laugh, if I don't, I'd be mad. I remember years ago when we signed up with Mascon our service was fantastic. There was times we had issues and they would be here sometimes same day! I remember when they had a review of 4 1/2 stars. Then they were bought by Telus. I spent 20 minutes on hold with 'accounts' who transferred me to 'tech support'. The nice girl with 'accounts' said I had to wait for 'tech support'. I could NOT leave a voice message, or leave an e-mail. The girl from 'accounts' said they no longer offered that service. I cannot stand Telus, the biggest reason we signed up with Mascon originally was because they were independant from the big 3. Now Telus owns them and surprise surprise, their google rating is down to 1. I spent over 1 hour on hold with tech support, with no answer, and no ability to leave a message........

Can not get any help. If I operated my business the same way, I would be out of business. Since Google bought Telus of which Telus bought Mascon its been very poor customer service. Always on hold, no call back and always a foreigner answering.

If you’re after terrible customer service, β€œ28K dial up” upload/download speeds, and paying through the nose for spotty internet, this is the company for you! Since Telus took over Mascon, the quality of their product and customer service has absolutely tanked. I wish I could give them less than one star.

Called on behalf of an elder to help with landline the customer service guy was awful! Obviously hated his job and extremely snarky i had to hang up. I was thinking of switching my own internet over to mascon but definitely will just stick with Telus.
