★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noticed a broken shock on my 36’ Diesel Pusher - called Gemm and they said they would take a look at it. Arrived and had Chris take a look - he got the model number(s) off the old shock and contacted his supplier - he was unable to get them in within the time frame I had. I Needed to get to Calgary the next day. Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I made it to Calgary safe and sound and hope to find a shop like Gemm Diesel here. Thanks Chris !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of all the places my radiator hose could have burst, I was incredibly lucky it was near Gemm Diesel.
Even with a full shop I was attended to immediately and the problem was diagnosed by staff who couldn't be kinder and more welcoming.
Very knowledgeable and professional staff and the work done gave me full satisfaction and peace of mind. I recommend this shop to everyone who likes to be treated like family, while having their truck worked on by top professionals. Also, their waiting room is full of comfortable reclining couches, I fell asleep while waiting, no rock hard plastic chairs there.
Thank you for helping my load arrive on time with peace of mind.
