★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aftab is an amazing salesperson! I spoke to him over the phone at 2pm for the first time and by 6 pm same day I had bought a 2019 Kia Forte! This dealership is a hassle free and Aftab knows Kia vehicles like the back of his hands. I highly recommend Aftab and airport dealership. I was in and out in less than 3 days!

I am a recent graduate that wants to buy a car and the financial advisor came saying that after covid international students don’t pay their debts and I would not get approved without even trying even though one of the advisors suggested that I could get approved, but he didn’t want to. Felt completely ashamed and discriminated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware !! Very Poor Service Within 1 year of brand new vehicle 2021, Air conditioning stop working . I went to Service department & got an appointment After a week. They charged me 365$. Doesn’t it come with warranty. They said there was nothing wrong in vehicle. Before them I went to a Machanic. He told me already,there is no AC gas so it means there is some leak. I came here, coz I thought they gonna fix it for free in warranty. But they charged me 365$. When it come to arguments he said you need to pay this amount if you need this vehicle. It was very rude never mind. I asked if there were no leak. Where is AC gas & he replied ‘manager’ that may be it comes with less gas, when you bought it ?? seriously. When I gave them Honda’s example,they said there is difference Btw Honda & kia. Bro are you seriously kidding me. This is the way you guys dealing with your customer. Please guys never come to dealership. Instead of making relationships they trying scare people with big bills. Idc about money at all. But can you guys tell what’s comes in warranty & what if it again get stuck. Still no guarantee or warranty.Seriously within one year AC gas finished lol. Simply they said kia is not worth at all. Thanks never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked in. Nice and small, but the people were meh at best. Test drove 2 cars, then went in. Sales guy had no give, wouldn't work with me on anything. Then I had an appointment at another dealership, sales guy said he'd call me the next morning. 7 days later, still no call, so I ended up getting a Subaru outback instead

She made us feel like family. She was very helpful and insightful, if you want to get a car from Kia get it from her in this location!
