The Lennox heat pump was properly installed, appointment was exactly on time, the team is professional, courtesy and friendly. All our questions were thoroughly explained, most importantly always with smiles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a Lennox thermopompe installed 3 weeks ago, very satisfied with the product and the 2 guys that came to install the unit were great, very polite and gave us all the info we needed to run this unit properly. I had to call the Air-Max office a few days after the installation and the person that I spoke to was also very helpful. We would recommend Air-Max without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a commercial heating/air conditioner installed brand spanking new at our company and the installation was not done right. The first time we turned on the A/C, It leaked everywhere, they came 3 days laters and said the filters were full. A week later with new filters it leaked again, water was everywhere. When we called they were rude and not professional at a;;, always trying to put the blame on us. Do not use this company, because if you have a problem it will be your problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Service!! Our Furnace broke on a Saturday! They stayed in constant communication to make sure we were ok till they could get us our new furnace. They made sure our house would be heated until they could get there. Monday morning bright and early, I had two technicians ready and fully equipped . They were professional, clean and clearly knew what they were doing. Airmax explained everything clearly to me, how my new thermopump and furnace worked, my guarantee and new digital thermostat. They even offer financing! Thank You Airmax! You guys were fantastic!! I would recommend you to anyone!

So I'm extremely disappointed they would try to scam me, especially after purchasing a brand new furnace from them. Very unpleasant experience and will be looking for professionals elsewhere.
