★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is efficient. I like that Internet is available and is very family friendly. My only observation is that I wish the entrance and waiting area was more tidy up and cleaner. But. I have to say I feel like home every time I go.

Who is the nice smiley serviceable lady some of you mention in your comments? Is she new?
The one I saw looks like she's done hard time and will consider injuring anyone who asks for WiFi or makes her get up for anything.
I always smell inside the washer drums before risking putting clothes into a stinky machine full of bacteria (some have even smelled like moldy dirty diapers, imagine 'Washing' your clothes in that!!) Many layers of caked-on soap in the dispensers so no regular sanitization is done and they are public machines, many people use them. Disgusting.
This is a great time of year for amazing sales on machines! Just bought a washer for what it would have cost for just 2 months of Laundrymat (and no having to bother scary lady for change!).

Many other customers don't wear masks either..
Unsafe place to go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently close to where I live. Machines are always available with good rates. Vending machines have decent snacks. Always enjoy coming here to do my laundry!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sweet, helpful owner and relaxing surroundings. Almost a spiritual retreat except for steep steps to haul in laundry, and smokers allowed right at the door, so you choke on toxic fumes inside the business. If you can get past this, it's an awesome place. Please, let's bring this city into the 21st century with health and safety.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A neat little place to get some quick laundry done machines a good and fast and drying is pretty fast good heat. I have seen many others places in and around town to compare but I am pretty satisfied with this spot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this place for the first time to wash a kotatsu comforter. I used a large washing machine for $7. Then $3 to make sure it is all dried up well. It might seems expensive but it did the job as expected and that is what I am looking for. The area has plenty of place to sit, with tables to fold our articles. There was a washroom in the back. It feels homey with all the decorations and I enjoyed the waiting time reading on my phone.
At the time of my visit, all patrons have their mask on.
The lady owner put back on her mask when talking to me and while serving at the counter. She also shown me where to put detergent and fabric conditioner without me asking. I appreciated that. ??
I would go back should I'd be in need to use the large format washing machine again.
