HONESTY? NOT HERE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I do not understand why my 55" SAMSUNG CURVE TV was repaired, and now that it is down again (same problem) I am told it is time for a new one. It has only been 5 Months $300 + Tax $340 and a week later. What a waste of money! If he was honest, I could have bought a new TV on black Friday. I do not usually post reviews,but people should be aware! STAY AWAY! NOT RECOMMENDED.

Was not to impressed,found better in the East York Area. For myself it is all about customer service,and if you cannot explain to me over the phone what the possible causes could be,then , I take my business else where. I myself would like to be informed,not suprised , besides who does? A place since 1980 at 482 Cosburn Ave was just around the corner! I suggest spending a bit of time on the phone,and helping to try to solve the issue, before having someone do a service call. This is what I call good service! It turned out to be a issue with my digital turminal once I was told to toss in a dvd, and the TV was working!!!! We had done some trouble shooting over the phone for 10 min. Saved me a lot of hassle,thinking it was my HD Smart TV ....Super! Now I know where I am taking my business to,sometimes you get lucky like that. Good old Customer Service!

I had my Sony TV saying no signal and called for a service, and right away I was told to throw iit out. It was only a few years old, paid $2 000 from The Sony Store. I tried to explain the issue and it appeared he had no patience of any just to hear me out. I found it quiet rude, and no customer service skills whatsoever . Never again! Very disappointed!

I brought in two audio components for service was charged $300 that included $100 for parts. When I looked inside, it was obvious that no parts had been replaced. A pretty common scam and easy to take advantage of your average consumer. One of the components still had the same problem and it took them six weeks to make it right- Not recommended

Trustworthy, reliable & can troubleshoot really well. Looking forward to picking up my stereo equip. where another place could not repair it with quality parts and reasonable labour charges...great communication; spelled out problem and parts needed after diagnosis...open & honest. Will use them for the rest of my life.

Biggest crook ever!!!!! Brought a B & W column speaker in as it was working but buzzing. I was told it would take a total of 2 weeks, one for the estimate and if the estimate came in HIGHER then $ 100.oo and I chose to go ahead, it would take another week to fix. 3 weeks went by and since I didn't hear from him, I called. He returned my call 2 days later and told me the problem was 2 parts that needed replacing, which would cost $ 287.00 and would be ready in a week. Which I agreed to. Two more weeks went by and I called and left a message. Heard back from him who now told me that 2 of the speakers within the column were burnt and needed to be replaced! I was shocked, as the initial estimate was what it was, but he told me he couldn't tell until he powered the speakers after the repairs and they were "BUZZING"!!! REASON I BROUGHT THEM IN IN THE FIRST PLACE! He told me he would call back within a day or so with a quote. A week went by and I called him back, only to be told that he didn't get the quote yet and when I reminded him that at the very beginning, he had told me 2 weeks, he told me that he has some speakers, etc, that have been there for 3MONTHS, to which I replied that had he told me at the beginning that it could take that long, I would not have left the speaker there. I told him I wanted to pick it up, he answered that he had money in it and that he would have to remove the parts he already installed and would call me when I could pick it up. He then phoned me the next day with a quote for the repair of the speakers and I declined to go ahead with the work. He called me on Friday to let me know I could go pick up the column, but that the speakers were out of it. I went there on Saturday (Oct. 3) with my son and was told that I had to pay for the original repair, otherwise he would keep the speakers, fix them and sell them!!!!! He then proceeded to tell me that if I gave him CASH, I could pay him $ 200.00!!! My answer was, how do I know the parts you claim to have changed , have been replaced? How about powering the column to test, as he claimed that the small (tweeter) was working, his answer was, that without the speakers in place, it could damage the unit and that he had been in business for 37 years and that I should trust him and that besides there was a 90 day guarantee!! THIS MAN IS A CROOK!!!!! I RELUCTAANTLY paid him the $ 200.00, which I would have much preferred giving to a charity!!!

I've had the same precious high-end audio system for over 40 years -- from university days -- but when it needed repair I couldn't find anyone until Les at Aireon came highly recommended as one of a rapidly shrinking handful of experts in the GTA who could reliably restore my equipment. This was a great recommendation -- Les is a diligent craftsman (I say 'craftsman' not just 'technician') and a pleasure to deal with and whose repair costs are modest for all the time he devotes. My equipment is now like brand new, as is the sound experience. I couldn't be more pleased -- in all respects.

The low ratings are real . This is a waste of time and you will be waiting for a long, long time. Poor, Slow Service! Does not care anymore. Hung up the phone on me, didn't day nothing rude. All I did was asked about cost to repair, told me to trash it. Did not hear me out about my TV issue
