TOP NOTCH service! We would give 10 stars if possible. First of all, Zach thoroughly examined our house and provided the best quote out of all the other contractors. Our AC is in a very tight area where it's being surrounded by fence and shed. The only way to get to it is to uninstall our fence. On the day of the AC installation, Zach, Riley and Peter came to our house and helped us take down the fence, made sure the AC system is installed properly, tested the unit to made sure everything is safe and good to go and thoroughly explained how everything works. At last, they installed our fence back screw by screw. Every employee from Aire Serv is professional and with top work standard. Having Aire Serv to install our AC was the best choice we ever made. They are definitely our future go to HVAC company. Highly recommended!

When deciding to upgrade the mechanicals of our older home, our neighbour referred Aire Serv (Calgary) as they were very satisfied with Aire Serv prices, workmanship and customer service when replacing their Furnace and adding an AC unit. We met with Zach Baker of Aire Serv and he took the time to listen to our needs, preferences, and the plans for our home. Zach was very informative about our current system, its limitations and what he would recommend for our home and why. He was never pushy or tried to up sell us on anything. After our initial meeting, Zach followed up by sending us all the product information we would need to make an informed decision as well as an initial quote in which he gave a detailed description of the work to be completed, why it needed to be done, and a cost breakdown of all the work and subsequent components as well as the information on excellent component warranties. Zach was right at the top of our shortlist of companies with his pricing and the scope of work included in his price. He came back for a second meeting to review/add/change the project details and again he was very helpful with his information and making sure we were comfortable with what he was recommending for us. We settled on a full system overhaul (Lennox Furnace, Air Conditioning & Pure Air Filtration; Navien tankless hot water; Waterboss 950 whole house water treatment; Honeywell Steam Humidifier and programmable Humidistat/Thermostat). When we had completed all the details of the quote and we agreed to have Aire Serv do all this work for us Zach scheduled another meeting to plan out the job with his chief installer Ryan Evanshen. They were both excited about the project and together they came up with even more ways to make this a special build. What a great decision it was to entrust Aire Serv to install all our new mechanicals! We found that they were extremely accommodating around our work schedule and were respectful of our home as they worked in it. They never rushed the job and were always mindful of their first priority which is that “quality comes first.” The level of build and the use of quality materials never disappointed and we were continually amazed at the time they took to get things right. We would like to thank everyone at Aire Serv who helped (Zach, Ryan, Scott and Evan) bring our home up to the highest standards of efficiency and comfort. It feels like we are living in a brand-new home! A special thanks to Ryan for his exceptional commitment to our project and his continual attention to detail – we truly appreciate all his work and effort. He brought his own element of artistry to this project and we were very impressed. As a former project manager for large apartment building developments, I have worked with many trades in the past and I can say with confidence that everyone at Aire Serv have been first rate professionals and great people to work with. We feel like we have made friends for life! We are also extremely satisfied with the way that all the components they recommended work together and complement each other to offer us a level of interior comfort that we have never experienced before. In addition, they have been really great about explaining the system to us, to make sure we understand how things operate and how to perform regular maintenance to ensure low operating costs and flawless operation well into the future. Zach was also very helpful with applying for all available rebates from both the manufactures and through the Government of Alberta Efficiency Rebate Program. If you are considering a new install or need someone to maintain or upgrade your existing system do yourself a favour and call Zach at Aire Serv. We are extremely glad that we did!

This company replaced my furnace today. There was good communication from Zach. Riley and the person who worked with him (sorry, don’t know this name) were prompt, professional and courteous. Riley took the time to explain things to me and there were no surprises. Thanks for a job well done. I highly recommend.

I chose Aire Serv for a new AC install and couldn't be happier. Zach is stand-up guy, who knows his stuff and it was a pleasure doing business with him. He was able to beat competitor prices and provide me with a warranty that I was happy with. The install took half a day, they helped me set up my Nest and made sure the AC unit was operating well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Zach and his team.

I was looking for a new air conditioner install to my home. I found Aire Serv from Lennox official website as premier authorized dealer. Did some research, the Google review was very good. Turns out it was very good purchase experience provided by Zach and Peter. He offered the best price for the Lennox unit I was looking for. He is very upfront on the pricing, nothing hidden. Some other dealers were trying to up selling me with bigger tons unit (more expensive). Zach didn't. He reassure me the one I get is the right size for my home. Everything he did was well documented on the quote, including obtain city permit (which I totally forgot about it). He also offered 10 years labour warranty which not all dealers do. Highly recommended to give Zach a call before commit to a purchase.

Living in Calgary it was a hard decision to decide to buy an AC Unit (let me tell you that it is completely worth it!). I met with Zach at Air Serv to look at my house and quote to install an AC unit. From the get go, Zach was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with, understanding that this would be big financial commitment. We booked in and had Ryan and Dan come to our house for the installation. I wasn't around so my wife was able to meet with them and go over everything. Both technicians were very helpful, taking the time to explain all the details of what was going on to my wife, which was very much appreciated. Both technicians went above and beyond for us. I would highly recommend Air Serv to anyone looking for any of their services they provide. If you are hesitant, don't be as this company will look after every detail. Thanks Zach and Team!

I called in Aire Serv to give a quote on replacing my furnace and adding whole home air conditioning. The individual who showed up today was not driving a company vehicle, did not offer me any identification. I was expecting them so I let them proceed. I had already had 2 top rated HVAC companies in to quote. No one mentioned any problems with the current furnace. The Aire Serv person told me that the furnace had been recalled. I was stunned. because no one, including the Mike Holmes trained home inspector had said anything about that. He called his supervisor and was told there was a part that had been recalled. They then proceeded to tell me that the furnace was leaking some unknown fluid onto my floor and that this was dangerous. They could not provide any details. I asked what his qualifications were. Salesman. Apparently the person who was supposed to come was otherwise engaged. I highly recommend that you avoid this company. They may have been excellent in the past. They are not now.

We had Riley out to move our humidifier to a different location on our furnace - it was originally installed in a spot that could compromise both the furnace and the humidifier. Riley was very good at describing the process, and making sure I would be happy with the final placement. His work was clean, neat, and professional. Very happy with the end result and it was a pleasure working with Riley!
