★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by Goodman, to repair a non-defrosting cycle on a 5 year 4TN heat pump, they came once and promised to come back to investigate and solve the issue. We had to call every week as they never showed up again, and every time we got new excuses showing that they did not know what to do and where to investigate. Every time we got the same questions over and over...
These people they go after the easy money collection either with new installations or very simple repairs. Strongly recommend to deal with somebody else!

My central unit blower wheel broke during the worst winter day (-35 degC) and AIR TECH responded very fast and went to their warehouse to search for any part that could match my unit as it was Friday night and HVAC suppliers are close until Monday. They went twice to the warehouse and they finally find the hole unit and de-assemble it in order to give me the part I need. They installed it quickly and provided heat to my family of 2 adults 2 kids below 5 years. That day, I called over 10 companies and no one was as dedicated and willing to help me as AIR TECH. A big thank you!
