They seem to enjoy the work and conduct themselves with great respect. I was pleased too with the prompt arrangements Alexa made back in the "control room". I tried to contact the company all summer long without success -- apparently it's wiser not to wait for a heat wave to install a thermopump! Once I was able to connect with Alexa everything ran smoothly and quickly despite the obvious busyness of this popular company. (They've installed a number of units in our building and everyone here swears by Polar Bear.)

I recommended their services and Davina went to my mom’s and cleaned her air conditionner, Davina did a really excellent job! and was nice to my mom. I will definitely use their services again. Alexandra is very professional and knows her job well.

Alexa on the phone who helped to figure out what I needed even without being able to send a technician due to covid was very helpful. The installation technicians (Sam Wong and his colleague) were friendly and explained every step of the work they were doing. They put protective sheets on the floor and furniture and left the place very clean when they left. They even invited me up to the roof to inspect the work they did for the outdoor unit and explained everything they did there as well. This is where the quality of their work really showed, all the other machines from other units in the building had exposed pipes and cables and sitting too close to the ground, the unit installed for me by Polarbear had the wires and pipe protected all the way into the building and elevated from the floor. Would recommend this company for anyone looking to install an AC unit in their home.

So far very happy with the unit installed. Also had excellent experience in the past with technician Josh who was very nice and knowledgeable and was able to quickly fix my very old unit to work well until ready to replace, and provide recommendations. And dealing with the back office and management for getting quotes, dealing with payment, was also fantastic, they really took the time to explain everything well and allow me to end up with the right result. A+

Alexa, Sam, Chris and Peter did a fantastic job throughout the process: helping me choose the appropriate model, and quickly responding to any question. They really took their time with the installation, making everything look perfect and only made one small hole to run wire across my place, and to connect the pump to the external unit. There is barely any noise, and we can already feel the heating difference. I strongly recommend.

Ben and Phillip did an amazing job from start to finish. They came on time and were ready to work despite the fact that the weather was extremely hot and over 30 degrees inside the apartment. They were very friendly and communicated every step of the process. They were super professional even when we were asking a million of questions and were super understanding of our concerns. They were patient and more so informed us about what they had to do since we have a two story condo. They were rock stars, especially after a long hot day, these dynamic duo deserved a huge shout out! Thank you for your service and HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you can request a pair, I recommend asking for Ben and Phillip! Thank you again, this was the best investment we made thus far!
