They kept the common areas of the building clean and the parking lot clear of snow...and they were always courteous and efficient when taking care of business. I would most certainly rent in one of their buildings again! Thank you Andre.

Instead I got a single text "too busy". Therefore if you are looking for someone in North Bay to lease and or manage your property, AGL Property Management is not the place to go!!
S	Sped Frek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andre has been wonderful & on-point since we hired him to manage our rental property as we live 4 hours away and felt it unfair to our tennents that we could not deal with problems in a timely fashion like they deserve. The few repairs that needed to be done over the past year were done in a professional fashion, meeting both code requirements as well as the keeping tenants happy by meeting any requirements/requests they have had. Most importantly though, he communicates with us regularly keeping us informed on any feedback (good or bad) from the tenants or himself so we never feel the need to worry about anything, which is impressive because of how many properties he manages, without any complaints at all. We are incredibly happy we listened to the advice given to us regarding hiring Andre/AGL PROPERT MANAGEMENT!!!

Since they have taken over management of our properties we have been very satisfied with their services. AGL takes pride in their work and our tenants are happy; as our properties are well maintained and service calls are promptly answered. AGL is especially knowledgeable in the Ontario Landlord and Tenant act and manage all issues in a very professional manner. If you have investment properties in North Bay and are in need of professional property management I would highly recommend using AGL. I can't place a new post so I'll add to this one. If you are a property owner and are considering hiring AGL; but doubt the legitimacy of the positive reviews, just ask Andre for references. He has no problem providing them to serious property owners. You will be able to speak to the landlords of the properties he manages and get real feedback about our experience with AGL.

I was always able to reach them. If I moved back to the city, I would definitely rent from them again!

That said they are moving in line with everyone else where the company has a focus of not wasting there time instead of being customer focused and letting people see the apartment before submitting a ton of paperwork.
