โ โ โ โ โ Let's start with an 86 % turnover rate at AGC should tell you your chance becoming fulltime at this compamy. What I got out of this company is a lot of running around. The employer allows employees to train the new temps. One employee can tell you to prime left to right and another well tell you to change and only do it his or her way. Well not all training is the same so just go by the sop. Don't worry about talking to anybody because they won't talk to you if you need help.
Beware Friday is the day they let you go, and you are not allow to go back to AGC get your stuff. Your temp service is only one that can get your stuff. I suggest that you don't bring anything into this company only use their locker for the uniform only Because they go through the locker they give you. They only give you one uniform for one week to use.
Also had my lunch bag was vandalized.

โ โ โ โ โ I very much enjoyed my 4+ years employment with AGC Automotive Canada, st the Bradford Plant.
Leadership is approachable & fair. My co-workers were friendly & co-operative. I enjoyed the variety of tasks assigned. Every 2 hours we had a bresk, then moved to a different work station, working with different people.& performing a different job. Being trained by your co-workers made it easy to learn different ways of doing the work & finding the way that works best for you, while meeting the required standards. They give you plenty of time to learn the tasks & come up to speed. The quotas are reasonable & achievable. You may be eventually trained on 12-15 different tasks. The wages were above average, with good benefits available once you were hired permanently. The company goes out of their way to keep their workers employed & paid during slower periods, auto industry shutdowns & covid times.
I wish I had discovered them sooner. I would still be working there if i hadnโt moved out of the area,
Would work with them again in a heartbeat,

โ โ โ โ โ I have been employed at AGC Bradford for 3 years, and it feels like one big family. When I first started here, I was given all the necessary training I required and everyone was willing to assist me without any issue, and nothing has changed since.
Throughout the pandemic, we were well taken care of in terms of being up to date and understanding the current situation. If you looking for a great employer, AGC is for you.

โ โ โ โ โ In my experience at AGC Automotive Canada in Bradford, Iโve found my self working in a good, clean and friendly work environment. It is very organize and considered of employees. At AGC Automotive wages, incentive bonuses and immediate response to employees work and personal related issues is outstanding. Work rotation is excellent to avoid any ergonomic related injuries at work and at the same time it provides a blend of activities not to get bored at one work site. Health and Safety had been a priority in this unprecedented times. AGC have taken care of as through this pandemic times and had guaranteed our work place for better days. Iโm very happy to be part of the AGC Automative Canada group.

I have been working there for over a year and a half and had a great work experience. It is a clean and safe work environment. The only reason I am leaving is because I am moving out of the area. The staff are all very cooperative in helping you learn processes and procedures. Never had a bad experience or conflict with anyone. I would like to thank them all and wish everyone all the best going forward. Will miss you guys. Take care and stay safe.

โ โ โ โ โ AGC Automotive Canada, Inc. (currently hiring) provides perks such as catered summer Barbeques for all their workforce. Last summer was particularly challenging with the Covid-19 situation and we were able to do this in a safe, enjoyable manner. Steak or chicken along with salads, baked potatoes, pie for dessert and drinks enjoyed by everyone. August 18 and 25, 2021 for the shift on days served catered bbq lunches by Catering by Colin. Lovely annual event!
