★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afterglow is an amazing studio. I’m always happy to go to class. Walking in the doors fills me with a sense of ease. All of the classes I’ve attended have been high quality. I’ve also seen both owners in class, which really adds to the community feeling and makes me feel that they really believe in their instructors. That means a lot to me as a yogi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afterglow is a beautiful and welcoming space. Not just yoga, I enjoy the TRX and Barre classes, especially because they're happy to modify all moves on the fly to work around my injuries. I can't say enough good things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afterglow is a great yoga studio in the Beaches. The owner's Julie and Liz have built a wonderfully welcoming and inclusive community that is about much more than just yoga. They offer a variety of classes and workshops at all levels and have fantastic staff and teachers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afterglow may be my absolute favourite yoga studios ever. From the moment you walk in you feel at home and welcomed by the many friendly faces. The class instruction is second to none and the workouts are amazing. I love spending time there, seeing friends and getting an amazing workout both mental and physical. Lots of love to Julie and Liz who are the masterminds behind this awesome operation!!!

Liz and Julie are these wonderful positive souls that have built this amazing supportive community - where whatever your goals, whatever you aspire to, what ever you need, there is no judgement - just love and support. Liz and Julie are amazing and this is echoed in the quality of all their instructors they have. With a variety of classes, so many things to love about the place, and all the warm people, it has become my home. These are my (lovely) people. ❤️

They have teachers that are well known in the yoga community and yet are so personable and easy to talk to. If you are in the Beaches/east end of Toronto or happen to be just passing through, you have to check out Afterglow!

The space is beautiful and welcoming, the classes offer something for everyone, but most of all the people are what make it the best yoga studio I have ever been to. Julie and Liz are the most compassionate, kind, honest and down to earth owners. The instructors are nothing short of amazing. The community of people that go there are wonderful. I can’t express how grateful I am that Afterglow exists. Thank you ladies for creating such an incredible safe space. Your hard work is appreciated!!!
