And I witnessed such calm, professional service from another customer service rep. assisting a lady who was being unreasonable and aggressive. It was handled gracefully and professionally. So impressed!

β β β β β This branch is clean and 24 hr accessible. The ATM's are super easy to use, will take multiple cheques at a time, and will dispense $5, $10, $20, and $50 bills!! The employees there are fantastic and remember you when you come in; love the small town bank feeling when I use an Affinity Credit Union.

β β β β β This used to be my branch of choice. The tellers are all very friendly and helpful. One day a staff member not one of the tellers came up and started grilling me on other ways that I could bank instead of coming into the branch. I have been a credit union member for close to 15 years. I have never had someone make me feel so unwelcome. I am still a member but have chosen a different branch.
