everything there is not bad except the business hours. wish the manager extend it .

I am not sure of some deductions from my account. Due to limited hours of BMO, it is difficult for me to talk to a representative about my query.

i was facing one issue with the employee working in BMO of this branch , but long story short, at last i met with branch manager CAROL, and she helped me to get out of that trouble which was really not in her hand but still she did it for me. and i m totally satisfy with her service. thank you so much for your time and i appreciate that! regards ANSH CHAWLA

Just opened account two weeks ago. Having multiple issues, bank hours suck, calling customer service is of ZERO help. So far the women I've dealt with at the bank don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. There is so much more I could say, but I'll leave it at that. As a brand new customer I am NOT impressed one bit with this bank. Was a TD customer for over 20 years and I have never had a single problem, and two weeks with BMO and 4 separate issues....HORRIBLE !

Worst experience with customer care number, that phone menu is pretty bad and very poor support. (I FEEL LIKE , BMO BANK DO NOT CARE ABOUT OTHER'S TIME) I have a Bank account & Mortgage account with BMO from last one year, this is my first call to customer support - This call has placed in 1pm CST , business as usual time and no stat holiday on this day. I am trying to learn the variable & Fixed Home mortgage rates of BMO. So I thought to call and check with them. Call duration - 64 minutes (Unsuccessful call , so I disconnected the call after 64 minutes, soon I will move all my accounts to some other bank) Each contact asked me First & Last name , Account details and purpose 1st person, she directed me to Mortgage team (she is not able to find my account, but still transferred to Mortgage team) 2nd person, she transferred to account team(she is not able to find my account, but still transferred to account team) 3rd person, He transferred to me again in main menu because this call went to USA BMO. (I dialed 306934XXXX Canada Number). This is a big bug to FIX in BMO Telephone systems. 4th Main menu and each option asked twice I do not know why Options I used 2 ,1,1,2,2,2. to be in the queue. Elevator music started again and intermittently saying as " Apologies for the delay , and we ask you to stay in the line " .... waiting , and sometimes it's going without music for at least 45 to 90 seconds(complete silence makes me crazy in the call), feels like the call got disconnected. This part is the bitter part , do I need to stay in line with the call or do I need to call back later ? keep on waiting and listening the music. 1. Please fix the dial issue , how come if I dial a Canada number it will forward to USA BMO Bank (It's not stat holiday today in Canada). 2. Please add the call back feature to the menu. If this is not possible, please add an option to schedule an appointment with the advisor. 3. Please add a feature to call schedule in BMO mobile app. 4. If you do not care about other's time , please mention that and request to schedule an appointment. And do not provide wrong estimation turnarounds, call will be answered in 45 minutes that's what the recording says , 64 minutes completed still no luck.
