This place takes the term "banker's hours" to the next level. Not sure how you keep people employed here when you're rarely opened. No wonder the tellers always seem miserable and treat the customers as so!

Friendly, expert advice, acts like our financial partner, not an institution just out for their own profit. Such a breath of fresh financial air!

Once upon a time, this was a decent bank but now this is honestly the worst bank EVER to deal with. I lost my FIRST debit card and had to pay $20 to get a new one after over 20 years of banking. The service is mediocre at best, I was asked if I planned on getting pregnant (discrimination of family status much?) when I applied for a mortgage. Needless to say I went elsewhere for better rates and didnt finish my application because I couldn't say for certain I was never having kids. Oh and yes - if you need to make any purchases over 1500, they expect you to put it on your credit card, regardless of how much is your bank. I am appalled, and now unfortunately I have an open account with a bank I cant close as I have to do so in person and live out of town. Stay away.

If you’re in a hurry don’t bother. Waiting three weeks now on a simple matter. They don’t see us as a priority I guess. If our mortgage wasn’t here we’d be looking elsewhere.

This bank used to be great. I would give it a zero if I could. Time to move.

Edit* 3 months later, I'm happy to say the customer service at TCU Financial has improved in every way I could have hoped for. When I enter the branch now I am greeted by name mostly immediately by the male teller, the other staff are quite friendly & attentive now as well. Maybe it's a result of my negative review, I suspect it is, regardless I am happy for the change. One thing tho that keeps me from giving 5 stars (& this is likely a branch policy) is that they always ask where cash deposits come from, even small amounts like $500. It seems a bit much. Previous Review - 3 months ago- It makes me sad to write this review. I switched all my banking to TCU Financial because a former co-worker was now working there, & she said it was a great place to bank. While I have had many good experiences with the telephone banking staff, this review is specifically about the tellers. I came into the branch today @ about 12:25pm, 2 tellers were at their wickets, one had a customer. The male teller had his head down & seemed to be working with something on his computer screen. His supervisor (I'm guessing) soon joined him. Together they looked @ & did whatever they were doing. When the supervisor walked away I thought; now someone will acknowledge me, just a quick hi, someone will be with you shortly, type of thing... Nothing from either of them. The male teller didn't have a closed sign up, however, he had his hand sanitizer in front of his wicket opening. (I guess ppl were meant to understand this as the universal covid-19 sign as closed..who knows) I never was acknowledged until the other teller finished with her customer, sanitized the counter, & while doing this acknowledged me & said she could help me. She was professional, prompt, & friendly, everything the other 2 were not. Her name is Michelle & I gave the 2 stars because of her, otherwise this would be a negative rating. This is not an isolated incident, this type of thing happens virtually every time I visit this branch, I have just had enough.
