★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. I called and asked if they could solve my problem and they respond with yes, insisting I come in to see how we can fix it. When I got there they said "oh sorry we don't do that here" wasting my time. Instead I found another computer guy and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about every topic I asked about. As a pro PC gamer and twitch streamer I know some of my stuff, and this guy was way more then I expected compared to this computer repair. I'll never even let this place come close to crossing my mind EVER.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just got my "new" computer today, I ordered it from amazon, It was exactly how it was descripted online. I was told that it was going to arrive between Dec 31st and Jan 6 and it arrived Dec 31st. It was over packaged with a ton of bubble wrap, I did have some issues with the Wi-Fi not working but it was due to the WiFi piece pulled out a little so it was an east fix. Will absolutely buy another computer from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a mid-range Dell desktop refurbished computer through Best Buy.
The computer arrived quickly, but never seemed to work very well i.e. downloads would take forever and generally everything seemed slow and not good. After one month Windows expired. I contacted the company and they got back to me fairly quickly with an new code , (although the fist one they sent didn’t work, but the second did).
Then after almost 2 months the entire operating system crashed completely. We searched online and tried a pile of fixes and none worked so I reached out to the company and asked for replacement. They agreed immediately, provided for free shipping for the return and the new (refurbished) computer arrived quickly and is working well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Advanced Computers offer superior customer service. I had questions about the Lenovo laptop I bought and they went above and beyond my expectations. These are knowledge people who fix computers not sales guys! This will be my go-to the next time I need a computer and peripheral supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a computer for our small business ~ 6 months ago and the computer failed within a month. The company told me this was because the HDD was too big for the amount of RAM. I shipped the computer back to them, in which they replaced the HDD with something much smaller than what I paid for, greatly limiting the space. Less than 4 months after receiving the replacement, the computer failed again. The company is now not willing to replace their obviously faulty product. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY FOR YOUR COMPUTER NEEDS IF YOU WANT A COMPUTER THAT LASTS MORE THAN A FEW MONTHS.
