Vivek (owner) was very attentive to our requests, while the installation team (Ivan & crew) were great when it came to removing the old windows and installing the new. Excellent sales, service & installation through the whole process and were great on price! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Vivek was extremely knowledgeable upfront, and gave me a great deal of information, to help me make a decision about the windows. I'll be ready to admit that I'm not an easy customer, and I have very particular standards and I'm very detail oriented. Vivek was very patient and answered my many phone calls. He came on site multiple times throughout the project, and he was always very easy to reach. There were a few little snags, and some modifications happened throughout the project - but they all made sense. More importantly for me, Vivek sought at all times to find a solution that left everyone satisfied. He even drove out with his personal car, near the end of the project, on a weekend, to deliver some pieces for the finishing touches. The installers were extremely nice and very quick. It's now been 1 year, and we've had no issues and we're very happy with the windows. The only problem was that during installation some of the younger guys broke a good part of our flowers by throwing down the old window siding, during the initial demolition. Ivan however was very quick to help in rectifying that. And Vivek was outstanding, and he took off the amount from the final quote to repair the flowers (in the amount that was indicated by our gardener). Overall, extremely satisfied with them, even though I gave them a hard time on a few occasions. Vivek was extremely fair, and the product quality is outstanding (Cardinal panels with their trademark spacers). The price was outstanding compared to anything else. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone else, anytime.
