They got me a great offer on my car (better than what I was seeing in the market) and also got me into a brand new 2022 Acura within a few weeks. The communication was clear and fair and it was a GREAT experience overall! Aside from the customer service, the car is amazing :D Thanks Acura Sherway!

My MDX was in for a full servicing.
My Service Consultant Eric T was outstanding. Knowledgeable, informative, kind and courteous. Great communication w me as to diagnostics and progress. From offering coffee and tea to asking if I needed transportation back to the dealership. This far exceeded my expectations! The work was completed efficiently and on time. Not inexpensive…yet expected. All ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was looking for a replacement vehicle and it is tough in this market. Had my eye on a particular vehicle even before the lock-down but finally needed one.
I saw one at Sherway and made an appointment to see it, but unfortunately a few minutes before I left for the door Jordan left me a message saying it had been sold but he would let me know as soon as another one comes in. A few days later he called me to let me know that another one is coming in so I booked an appointment for the next morning. After the test driving we went to test drive another car but ultimately decided on the one at Sherway and called Jordan immediately to put down the deposit. He was able to secure the vehicle for us moments before another buyer!
During the finance portion we asked if we can get a touch-up pen and the finance manager said no before we can even finish the sentence. It’s just a touch-up pen!!! In a normal market I’d asked for even more since there was no discount on the car. Anyways, I asked Jordan and he hooked us up as promised.
The vehicle we bought was a CPO so everything was cleaned up nicely at pickup and I asked Jordan if I discovered any issues after I drive it for a few days what can be done. He said to bring it back and he would look after us.
Sure enough there was problem with the alignment and I had an appointment made and Sherway resolved the issue without charge.
Overall, great experience at Acura Sherway and Jordan Khan is the guy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always, I look forward to bringing my vehicle to Sherway Acura as I get the best service from this dealership. They keep me posted when the vehicle gets in, when it’s about to be completed and then once again when it becomes ready for pickup. They give it a nice car wash at the end; expressing their appreciation to their customers. Their prices are reasonable and very comparable to others but their services are of a top notch/know-how dealership. I would even change my wipers at Sherway Acura as they do it with genuine parts and most importantly, with care and accuracy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peter and the team at Acura were great. Peter helped us a find the perfect SUV and ensured it would be available in a timely manner. Through the service department we were able to put snow tires on reserve and had everything installed for car pickup. Peter took his time setting up our new car upon delivery. He took us through all the various functions and didn’t make us feel rushed. This is are second vehicle purchase from Acura Sherway and we are very happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ David and Ali were awesome to work with. I just loved that I wasn’t dealing with pushy salespeople and my needs were heard and I was treated so well. David paired me with the perfect car for me, within my budget and with everything on my wish list. I just love the car!. He was such a professional and nice person. Ali was great and set me up with everything I needed re-financing in record time (plus he’s a talented artist!). I walked in on Tuesday afternoon and by Friday morning, my car was ready. Such great service and I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Acura Sherway and from David and Ali! ? Great service, great place and awesome cars! Thx so much!
