Representing a classy brand like Acura needs classy service and that's what I got from the dealer and more specifically from Rob; just a list of desirable points checked in full by him:
1. No selling pressure
2. Good advise on selection, adds on, etc
3. Respectable knowledge of Acura products
4. Patient response to my long list of questions
5. Timely/Prompt responses and follow-up calls/emails
6. Transparency throughout the whole process including trade-in appraisal
7. Excellence in delivery specifics: presentation of vehicle, features, etc
8. Post delivery follow-up
The rest is of this positive review is triggered by the vehicle itself, MDX 2022 provides that awesome feeling of both a comfortable and yet a "sporty if wished" ride; only a few days on the road, and we love it even above our previous MDX, which would be a lot to say.
The nice wine bottle received as a gesture of appreciation found its destiny as we quickly confirmed this was a great purchase.

Special thanks to Nick Alves a very good team player and very keen to find out the best deal according to your needs. Specially now with the pandemic that conversations need to happen most of the time virtually. In Acura you really pay what is deserved and not only for the vehicle but also for the experience. Thanks for the patience, we had a blast, we will remember the day of delivery as it was snowing storming day. A pleasure to make business and looking forward to meet in the future.

Walked in late on a Wednesday and Jon & Nick not only waited till well after closing time, but answered every question of mine. They also gave me amazing value for my trade-in, and were very accommodating and easy to work with. Nick Alves especially went out of his way to make sure every single one of my questions was answered, he was in constant contact with me for all the fine tune details and even followed up with me after purchase to make sure I was doing okay. Thatβs the type of service you simply donβt get at other dealerships and it feels almost second nature to anyone that works here. You can bet that whether it be for sales or service, Acura of Oakville is my dealer of choice.

From the first phone call to the day you pick up your new car Rob walks you through the process as if you are one of the family. It is simply outstanding salesmanship on a level that all salesmen should aspire to.

The car I purchased was beautifully cleaned and rob took his time showing me all the features. Not once did I ever feel pressured while looking at cars here. Rob is truly the guy to go to for the best car experience, hands down 10/10 service. I will stay loyal to him and his dealership. The bottle of wine included with the purchase was a classy touch. β β β β β I had a very pleasant experience buying my 2022 MDX from this dealer. I want to thank both Rob and his manager who offered me a very good deal for my trade-in car and the new MDX. More importantly, they are honest and transparent on bill of sale, they don't force you to buy add-ons, you can remove unnecessary items freely.
I am a very picky person in terms of car purchase, I have so many questions and concerns throughout the whole purchasing process, but Rob has always been able to respond to my emails very quickly, always been very patient to explain things. That gave me a lot of confidence in pulling the trigger.
My MDX was delivered on time, they cleaned it up and even put a red whine in my front cup holder to welcome me to my new car (check out my pictures, this is what my MDX looks like when it is ready for pick up). Surprisingly Rob has pre-tuned the infotainment system for me so the car is like plug-and-play. This is my first Acura, so I really appreciate Rob taking his time to show me how to operate this car.
I would highly recommend this dealer to my family members and friends, I personally don't think you can find the same level of good deal+good customer service combination in any other dealers. Acura of Oakville 100% deserves a 5 star.
