The sales man George speaks very broken english and french.
He was so little helpful, couldn’t even let us know what specs the car had. We had an exchange vehicle. He didn’t even care.
He literally knew NOTHING about acura or about the cars in stock.
I gave two stars instead of one because the receptionist was welcoming.
Waste of time. Go to another dealership

I mean, I'm a longtime Acura owner so I'm used to recieving exceptional service from Acura dealers across Canada, because, well, it's part if their company culture .... but Acura Gabriel takes that to a whole new level. Everyone from their courtesy car driver, to body shop estimator, to service advisor, to Mechanic, to reception, to sales, and you name it!!!
Every one there threats clients like gold. All I have to say is that I live in Ontario and I will be buying my next Acura from this dealership despite the distance and potentially the extra tax I will have to pay. ... The service that I get from this team is well worth it and then some!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Going to sound scripted, but I promise it’s not. Very nice dealership, had George and Christina help me get a 2015 Genesis Coupe. Great service from both. Christina worked really hard to find me the best rate i could get and got me out of a really high interest. Came across this dealership not expecting to get the car as i live far southern Ontario, they worked hard and within 2 weeks of my application i arrived and received my keys. I would recommend this dealer for new/used cars. Best service ive received and honest aswell. 5 stars for sure, been so happy with my experience and purchase!

When they said they would call me, they did and had solutions to the issues. It was professionalism at its best. They did what makes sense so you are happy leaving the dealership!
